The word oceaniter is a mashup of two Latin terms oceani iter, meaning “ocean journey.” This meaning represents the risky, awesome, harrowing, and exciting adventure of media and publishing. Each project within the Oceaniter organization is dedicated to supporting and encouraging the success and growth of all of our authors and creators. Still, we don’t measure success only by watching our bottom line. To us, success is achieved when the work-life-profit balance is struck so that everyone involved in each project leaves those projects as better, more joyful, more fulfilled people. The projects are as varied as life in the ocean, but they all strive toward one purpose, making this world a better place. Our goal at Oceaniter is to create a better collaborative culture, help people heal from the inside out, bring joy, and offer hope through our various forms of media.
